We contacted Marty about a home my husband and I were interested in. When that home didn't work out Marty helped us not only get the home of our dreams but stay within our budget to do it. We listed our home with Marty Pennell 2 1/2 years ago because when we called Marty, he responded promptly. He was very professional when he came and very knowledgeable when answering questions we presented to him. We had reports that Mr. Pennell did a thorough job from listing to closing for his clients. Our expectations were met. After obtaining a contract to sell, we had some problems with the VA appraiser. While leaving the final decisions to my wife and I, Mr. Pennell worked through these problems with us and very thoroughly presented all aspects of the situation. From there, we were able to successfully close the sale of our former home. I would highly recommend Marty Pennell to my friends.

Having had several broker/agents and numerous home listings for nearly a five (5) year period, I first met, interviewed and hired Mr. Marty Pennell as seller's agent in May 2012. Merely five (5) months later, my house was sold! Even though the market was still suffering an unprecedented decline, somehow Mr. Pennell managed to list and show my house to potential buyers whom he, personally, sought and identified. We live out of State and was looking for land in NC. We found one on the internet and requested more info. Within a minute we received a phone call. Within a couple of hours Marty called to help us with our search. We flew to NC and looked at around 12 different properties in two days. We found what we were looking for. Marty is amazing and is always there to help and never pushed us into anything. He is a hard working realtor that I highly recommend to everyone.
