With this being my first home buying experience, dealing with Marvin Peck was excellent. When it came to home walk throughs, he was extremely thorough in inspecting the home and noticing the little things that I would not naturally look for. When it came to contract talks, there’s not another person I would want to handle my dealings. His negotiating tactics were so key in my buying process and at the end of the day got me, in my eyes, on the winning side of a contract in this tough market. His advice and wisdom made my home buying process great. Even after my closing, he has been extremely helpful in ensuring that my first weeks in my home are going well and things are up to par. Marvin Peck showed he is a caring man that enjoys providing people an excellent and stable experience and went the extra mile for me time and time again to ensure that my requests were met. I am very grateful I chose him to be my realtor.

"When I first met Marvin 7 years ago, we were in the process of purchasing a home. First time in 24 years, when you first meet an agent as a buyer you would think that they care about commission, but for Marvin he really care about your need and the process of buying a home. In 2014 we went through the process and the lending company, but did not get approved. Most realtor would stop contacting you when that happens, but Marvin stayed in contact found as a rental property and help us out. I even moved out of VA to CA for atleast 3 years, he has been in contact with us the entire time. when we decided to comeback to VA, short notice and I called him on a Sunday he showed up, Marvin is best and very family oriented we've known him for 7 years, he's part of our family. When it comes to doing his job he is very professional and respectful."

"Wow...that is how I would like to begin my description of Marvin as our Realtor. To be honest, we've known Marvin personally for quite some time as we were neighbors. To that end being neighbors actually hurt Marvin's chance of being our realtor. My husband and I had so many conversations about using Marvin since he WAS our neighbor since we had been burned in other business dealings with other friends. However, Marvin was willing to be interviewed along with other agents. At the interview, it was clear that he was way above other realtors. He had done his homework and presented us with so much information about prior comps, the past and current market as well as an excellent plan to sell our home. He was the only agent that had come prepared. It was clear he was ready to sell our home. We had already purchased a home in North Carolina so it was important that we sell our home quickly. Marvin went to work and our home sold, sight unseen by the buyers for over asking price in 4 days. Throughout the entire process not only was Marvin professional, he was also a friend and counselor as this was a bittersweet time for us. We had been in our home 26 years but was ready to move to be near our daughter and son in law as we wanted to be near when our first grandchild was born. Marvin can do what you want and be what your want. No matter what, his clients always come first and we always felt as if we were his only client."

It was our intent to hire the agent that first sold us the house 20 years ago. She teamed us up with Marvin Peck III, which proved to be the best solution for us. Marvin put a excellent marketing plan in place, diligently gathered feedback from the showings and used it to guide adjustments to the plan. After he researched all the options, Marvin came to us with great ideas and suggestions that ultimately sold the house.
We would highly recommend Marvin because he handled all aspects of the process well, requiring minimal work from us which allowed us to concentrate on our transition out of the house. Marvin went above and beyond, even after the house sold, he stayed on duty to assist with the exit strategy of 6900 sq ft to be ready for closing.

We worked with Marvin 5 years ago when we bought our home, and when it came time to selling, we knew we would be calling Marvin again. Whether buying or selling, can be very stressful, but having a realtor like Marvin makes the entire process so much easier. Marvin was very detailed and realistic when explaining the process and different scenarios. All his communication was always on time and fast. We were never confused with where we stood or what we needed to do next and if we had a quick question, Marvin was there at any time of the day. We are so thankful for Marvin and having him during this selling process. We can't recommend him enough! If you are looking for a knowledgable, experienced and respectful realtor, then Marvin is your guy. We are lucky to have him and will continue to call him our realtor and friend.
