I've been in the area since I was 13 years old....not that long ago which is hard to believe since I've raised 2 sons and the oldest is now 40! I've been in Real Estate since 2006, during that time I've gone through the market when foreclosures were mostly on the market to peak when properties didn't stay on the market for more than a day! This has given me the experience in all stages of Real Estate both with buyers and sellers from modest homes and condos to high end luxury homes and investment properties. The experience I've gained in both eras can help me help you to find or sell properties in any type of market and areas on the Emerald Coast which range from Pensacola to Panama City and everything in between! I'm also and Instructor for the State of Florida that teaches "Working with Seniors" so if you have family that need to either relocate or purchase something smaller that is where I shine! I love making everyone feel like family and understanding and listening to what they are trying to accomplish and make it an easy transition. I have been with Women's Council of Realtors of the Emerald Coast for the past 2 years and the Event Director for 2025.
