Mary Anne Reyes

Mary Anne is a native of Los Angeles. She graduated from U.C.L.A. and also attended the Sorbonne in Paris, France. She owned and managed the popular Mandalay Restaurant and Pearl Bar in Hollywood, Calif. for 12 years.

She has been involved with and worked on her family’s real estate investments for over two decades. She currently owns and manages with her family income properties in Los Angeles.

Her real estate specialties include: residential sales, apartment sales, business sales and IRC 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. She has extensive experience in residential and commercial property renovations and experience in new developments: zoning research, planning, working with architects & designers, applying for and obtaining construction permits, hiring and supervising contractors and vendors, monitoring construction budgets, and marketing (sales & leasing).
