Mary Berblinger

Mary is a real estate associate with EXIT Realty Quality Solutions
in Metro Atlanta, Georgia. Like many, she was bit by the real
estate bug long before actually obtaining her real estate
license. She served as a Controller for a real estate development
and management company in New York. In that position, she
managed lease renewals, payment issues and customer
disputes in addition to day to day office manager operations.
In 2005 she went on to obtain her real estate license in New
York and transferred it to Georgia when she relocated to the
Metro Atlanta area.
Mary served in roles as a Substitute Teacher and Full Time
Teacher in the Paulding & Cobb County school systems, and as
an Account Manager for a highly regarded, privately owned real
estate organization from 2009 to 2019, all while maintaining her
real estate license with other real estate brokerages. She has
also developed a keen eye and talent for creating custom
window treatments.
This diligent and patient professional has a true passion for
learning. She loves representing buyers and sellers and she will
apply her plethora of experience in her new role with Exit Realty
Quality Solutions.
In addition to her busy career, Mary volunteers with several
community organizations Like Destiny’s Daughters of Promise, a
non-profit organization focused on preparing teen girls to thrive
in their purpose, lead with confidence, and excel in the
workforce.
