With 20 plus years experience in real estate sales, Mary Bowlby is focused on the real estate needs of her clients. When she is engaged by a Seller, attaining the maximum price for the market in the shortest possible time is her goal. When working with Buyers, finding the right home at the best negotiated price possible is her objective. Mary Bowlby has helped many to sell and find the home they desire to begin a new chapter of their lives.

Serving Coronado, Coronado Cays and Coastal areas of San Diego County, Bowlby specializes in beautiful property in that embodies the Coastal San Diego lifestyle. Prior to moving to San Diego, Mary worked as a broker in sales of commercial and luxury waterfront residential real estate in Florida.

She possesses the highly regarded CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and CPA (Certified Public Accounting) certificate. Bowlby also has experience working as a tax professional for two of the “big five” firms. She has worked with a wide array of clients including buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants; successfully achieving their real estate objectives.
