My daughter and her Husband were in the market for there first home. We went thru 5 realtors before we met Mary. She was amazing. Answered our emails in a few minutes. We saw close to 100 homes, Before we met Mary. She understood what my daughter wanted right away. Didn’t waste our time seeing houses that were not in there budget or location. With in a couple weeks she had found the perfect house for them. She is kind, knowledgeable very responsive. If you need a realtor call her. You will be very happy.

J&M Burton It is with great pleasure that I write to recommend the services of Mary and Jim Burton. They made the process very easy and painless for my wife and I while we purchased our home. As first time home buyers in a new State, my wife and I were hesitant with the daunting task of looking for a home. They listened to what we wanted and did not pressure us to look beyond the parameters we set. During the process they recommended the very best in the field to aid us, from a lender to house inspector and also a handyman. The advice and guidance we received through this process was invaluable. Jim and Mary always put a personal touch on their work, from assisting with carpet and paint colors to cutting weeds in the yard. They patiently and thoroughly answered all of our questions and made sure we understood how everything worked. We found our home, paid a very good price for it and are happy with our decision and the help from them. Not only did we find the home we wanted, we also made great friends in the process. Dear Mary, Now that we are settled in to our new home I would to take time to thank you and Butch for your help in locating and negotiating the purchase of my new house in Alpine. First off, thanks for your patience with me. I am fairly easy going but I can be picky. We certainly looked at a lot of “dogs” in a number of cities and I was beginning to think that we wouldn’t find anything worth calling home. When we finally did, you demonstrated the type of service and professionalism I expected from an agent. I particularly liked the fact that we could see properties on short notice. I think that was invaluable given the market I was buying into. I have a little bit of experience in real estate and I was very impressed by you through the entire process. You were always very prepared when we previewed houses, you provided comps and other information prior to putting in offers and you had tremendous follow-up every step of the way. Since this was a short sell situation, with a difficult seller’s agent, you needed to go above and beyond the “norm.” Your diligence in representing me paid off for both of us. Mary and Butch, I am so sorry that it has taken me this long to send you an email but now that I have half a second I wanted to take a moment and say thank you for all your help with the purchase of our new house. You made the process very simple and even - dare I say - enjoyable! Your relaxed nature made Lucas and I feel at ease with the purchase of the house and the entire process. We truly felt as though we were your only clients at the time, even though we fully understood that we weren't. Alexander absolutely loves his new house, as do the cats. The three of them spend most of their time playing in what will become the new baby's room. We can't wait to finish up all our little personal touches so that we can have you over to see the place.
