Mary Ellen Volpa

In my 27 years in Corporate Real Estate, I have managed acquisitions (from site selection and negotiations through the due diligence process), dispositions, and leasing for both commercial and residential properties as well as managing the day-to-day operations for these properties.


I began my real estate career with the State of Delaware in Facilities Management in 1981, then went on to work for Digital Equipment Corporation as a Facility/Site Manager managing 8 sites within 4 states (MD, DE, PA, and NJ). I left D.E.C., going to work for Bank of America, (formerly MBNA America) where I last held the title of Vice President and Regional Transaction Director in Corporate Real Estate.


I am licensed in both Delaware and Maryland, and I am a member of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), Maryland Association of Realtors® (MAR), Delaware Association of Realtor®s (DAR), the New Castle County Board of Realtors® (NCCBOR) , and the Cecil County Board of Realtors® (CCBOR). I also continue to work in Corporate America assisting my company with real estate needs.
