Mary Ellen was an absolute joy to work with! She held our hands through every step of our process; working with us for months ahead of officially being in the area, then guiding us through every home visit up until closing (and post-closing; she wanted to ensure we had everything we needed). She is an expert in MA real estate, from the pricing structures to questions on infrastructure (oil, heating), and was a true partner. Mary Ellen Wilson is a real estate professional. She was a pleasure to work with. I was selling a home we had in Pembroke however, we had already relocated out of state. Mary seamlessly managed the complete process from initial listing to closing. During the entire period her personal attention ensured that both our interests and the property were fully protected. This included arranging for a number of maintenance and professional services to be performed on a timely basis. I met up with Mary recently and I recall her saying that my home sale in 2008 was one of her top 5. Knowing Mary, this statement was not so much about the dollar signs. It was the entire experience and memories shared along the way. Her statement resonated with me and was a reminder of gratitude.

As a first-time homeowner, Mary was my buyer's agent. I was a young military Veteran making good money. Alone in my journey with no clear direction, Mary helped tailor a plan and lead the way. Mary did more than just open doors and find potential houses that fit my budget. She took the bull by the horns approach, spent the time to understand my personality and needs, and crafted her strategy for my success in buying a home.

Mary brought a sense of groundedness and through her actions she invested a lot of her time to help and patience dealing with a novice yet meticulous buyer. Mary helped my wife and I purchase our first home. It was an amazing experience. She was extremely friendly and understanding of our situation. As new buyers we were going in without much knowledge of the real estate market and she made us feel very comfortable with the entire experience. We gave her our requirements and price range and she always worked tirelessly to help us find options. Her knowledge of the market trends and homes in general was very impressive and if I were to sell/buy another house, she would be the first person I would call.
