My family and I first started working with Mary in 2016 when we decided we wanted to move into Old Town Alexandria. We went to an open house that she was hosting. By the time the open house was scheduled and actually took place, Mary had already gotten her clients multiple offers and a ratified contract. The place looked immaculate and we were bummed to have missed the opportunity to bid on it. This same scenario played out one more time – Mary having a home in tip-top selling condition, marketed though the coming soon process, multiple offers fielded and a contact ratified in advance of an open house. At that point we knew we had to work directly with her. In that same year, she got us into the home of our dreams, a beautiful end-unit town home in Old Town Village. In a market and a neighborhood where houses were going within the first week of being available, she got us into a home that had EVERY SINGLE feature we were looking for. Three years later, our family has grown and although we’re moving away from Old Town, we wanted to keep our townhouse in the family. Mary was our first call. She advised us on optimal timing, marketing strategy, and property readiness. Within a few weeks, Mary had our home advertised as “coming soon” and it looked so good under her guidance we started to question whether we could actually leave. Within a week of that, we had 4 offers for multiple year leases with several that were more than 10% above asking price. She is truly exceptional at her craft, and what’s more, she is an absolute joy to work with. We’re truly lucky to have found her.
