I am a Boomer, yup, born in that generation?? I don't know how to play video games, but I do know how to market, negotiate, and close offers on homes! I actually jumped into real estate on the spur of a moment conversation with my mother-in-law, Lorraine Schultz, life member Realtor (aka Mom). That was 1993, and since then, I have learned a lot about real estate. There have been true real-life experiences with market ups, downs, and recessions. I have worked with a variety of home buyers and sellers. I seek to offer the education and service I would expect to receive myself. When not selling homes, I like to garden, birdwatch, and find arrowheads with my husband Wayne.
