We are out of towners looking to purchase a place closer to family in NYC. We hadn't had much success for the longest time. Mary-Jean was recommended to us, and she's been simply amazing. She knew the neighborhood extremely well, has a great network of professionals (lenders, legal, insurance, contractor) that we can utilize. She listens to our concerns, brings her perspectives, offers solutions and work-arounds. When she senses situation is not in our best interest, she'd tell us so and advises us to walk away. She goes above and beyond to help us through the ups/downs, the crazy processes in NYC.
She's the ultimate professional, getting the deal closed, closed well, and with good karma all around. Mary-Jean has won our hearts and our 100% trust. Highly recommend!

We knew when we met Mary-Jean that she was the one . She also came highly recommended by multiple sources as hard working , knowing the market inside and out and most importantly, she would get the deal over the line. It was with great confidence we chose her to be the listing agent to sell our home. Mary-Jean knows the value and potential of the neighborhoods in which she works and attracts quality buyers. She is professional and direct, as she guided us through the process of selling our home. She helped us stage and de-personalize it, (we had already decluttered) then had it beautifully photographed and video’ed.
Mary-Jean has poise and elegance, coupled with genuine warmth. She graciously welcomed potential buyers to our home and showed it with the care , confidence and love it deserved. She was always available to patiently answer the myriad of questions we had. We only had 2 open houses over a Saturday and Sunday and she had multiple offers, all above ask by Wednesday. She guided us to what in her experience was the best offer, which far exceeded our expectations. Within a week we were in contract, closing 8 weeks later without a hitch. You couldn’t be in better hands, and we will be forever grateful to Mary-jean.

They say buying in NYC/Brooklyn is beyond overwhelming. However, they clearly didn’t work with Mary Jean. I was so beyond fortunate to happily find Mary Jean. She found us an incredible, amazing, and beautiful home that we are moving into after some beautiful renovations (using a contractor that she also hooked us with!!). I feel beyond grateful that the universe put us together because there is no better real estate agent out there. She stuck with us through 8 months worth of searching, talked us through multiple offers, and ultimately found us a gem of a place. Change our life and that is NOT an understatement!! So grateful. Please take the advice and save your worrying and work with Mary Jean if you know what is good for you

I was beyond lucky to work with Mary-Jean to find my forever home. She was a total gem during the search: super-attentive, incredibly responsive, and unfazed by my intense list of must-haves. Then, when it came time to go through the purchasing process, she totally outdid herself. Wearing MANY hats (agent, therapist, friend, decorator), she extended her support in the most unexpected and generous ways.
