Mary Jo and I met by chance at the local Home & Garden Show. She listened! As I just mentioned in passing my willingness to sell my big house to a younger family. She had a plan! “If you are going to sell your house, you need somewhere to go.” She guided me through weeks of looking at properties - “best to look at everything.” And there it was! My home for the next 10-15 years (before assisted living). She guided me to a successful offer. And then time to market the home that had raised my family. Her wise pricing advice and hints about preparation helped and we closed in less than 3 months. My life moved on to the next chapter! So nice I used her twice! She helped me sell my childhood home that needed some work. It was on the market less than a week and sold for my asking price without issue.
