Mary Karen O'Shaughnessy

MK has spent her entire professional career in real estate. Having experience ranging from valuation and portfolio analysis to advising on major commercial acquisitions and dispositions, MK realizes that every buyer and seller has unique needs. Her goal is to understand those needs and partner with her clients to make their experience seamless and satisfying.

As the Vice President of Marketing for ING Realty Partners and a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, MK has developed an expertise in sales, client relations, valuation, and negotiations. A Certified Public Accountant with strong attention to detail, MK brings a unique business perspective to real estate transactions.

A 20+ year resident of Westchester, MK recently moved back from Manhattan in August of 2013. She has become an active member of the community. She serves as the board chair of the Bereavement Center of Westchester and continues to serve as a committee member for the Central Park Conservancy.

MK has been recognized every year as a top producer for Houlihan Lawrence. She has also been named a Westchester Magazine All Star, Ranks in the top 1% MLS for Westchester County and in the top 1.5% of the Nation, as ranked by Real Trends.
