The best part of owning Investors Management, Inc. is the relationships that have grown over the years. Mary Kay has become a part of so many lives. She has wonderful memories of finding the investment home for her clients, watching the children grow old, and later selling the same property for their college fund.
Each day, Mary Kay hears from one or more of her tenants with stories about getting locked out or needing a plumber or getting married, or having a baby! It is always fun to hear that a tenant is giving notice because they are buying their first home.
Mary Kay's long-standing relationships with valued sub-contractors and agents make work fun.
Her mentor in real estate investment stressed the importance of listening to the client. By doing so it is easy to connect investors and tenants and then carefully navigate the balance necessary to make everyone successful.
Mary Kay is never completely out of the office, but when she is you will find her on the water with her husband Jim, and beagle Gracie.
