Mary Knudsen

Mary has been helping people buy and sell homes since 2001. Her calm and patient approach has been welcomed by first-time home buyers and seasoned veterans of the home sale process. With attention to detail, extensive knowledge of the local real estate market, strong negotiation skills, and exceptional customer service, she has developed a following from many happy homeowners. As a testament to her success, 85 percent of her business comes from repeat clients and referrals.

Mary and her husband, Kevin, who is also a real estate professional, have five adult children and a sweet Vizsla named Lily. In their free time, they love spending time at the family cabin on Balsam Lake and traveling both to domestic and international destinations. Mary is a proud Rotarian and volunteers with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, as well as several other local organizations.

Since joining the real estate industry in 2001, Mary has achieved several accomplishments, including membership in Coldwell Banker's President's Circle, which honors and recognizes the top level of salespeople in the company nationwide. Mary is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a designation awarded to experienced Realtors who has completed advanced professional training and demonstrated outstanding professional achievement in residential real estate. Mary serves on the Board of Directors for both the St. Paul Association of Realtors and the Minnesota Association of Realtors. She is a licensed real estate agent in Minnesota as well as Wisconsin.
