We had the opportunity to work with Mary Kunka as we searched for a house in Shaker Heights for our daughter. I dont know how she did it, but she was available to show us houses at short notice every time we asked. She had thorough knowledge of the neighborhood we were interested in and she understood our needs explicitly. What a joy to work with. Would not hesitate to work with her again and to refer her to anyone looking to purchase a home.

We meet Mary when my husband and I decided to move from NYC to Cleveland we were new in this state and had no idea where to look for a house in a good neighborhood with great schools for our kids, Mary was very helpful and not only she knew what we were looking for she also helped us with our transition to this new state, she guided us, was always available for us when we had any concern or question as first time buyers we didn't know much but Mary was patient, kind and respectful, we got very lucky with her as our realtor, she received the keys for us from the previous owner since we were in NYC driving our belongings to Cleveland she went above and beyond that when we got to out new home she had left us food, soda and a welcome home basket!! We are very grateful to Mary she was wonderful to us and patient and I wouldn't had ask for another realtor to guide us through this new adventure in our lives.

Mary is such an amazing woman who is so tenacious in getting you the best deal. She went above and beyond in what I expected from a realtor. Her compassion shows in everything she does for you. She backs up what she promises you and is the best realtor I’ve ever dealt with. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a realtor, whether you’re buying or selling. It was a true blessing to have chosen her for the sale of my home. She kept me calm especially when the first buyer had to drop out due to their financial situation. She knows her job and has a heart of a saint. I can’t thank her enough for everything she did for me and I know that nothing stops her when the going gets tough

Mary was very professional and patient from the day I decided to sell my home, which happened in less than 12 hours. To finding my new home, which took over 60 showings. She went above and beyond what I would have ever expected any realtor to have done. She is the best out there.

Mary was our Real Estate Agent and she was AMAZING! She was right by our side at every step of the way and helped explain anything we had questions on or didn't understand. She made buying a home such a breeze! Even with this crazy market she was determined to help us find the perfect home! She also helped with selling our home, it was under contract within the first day! We definitely LOVED working with Mary and will be using her again if and when we are ready to move!
