Lisa was fabulous to work with. We live in raleigh and wanted to purchase a beach condo. She sent us listings for almost a year. When we found the condo we wanted to purchase, she handled everything locally, even meeting with the plumber. She handled the closing and walk through while we remained in Raleigh, and assisted in getting keys to our contractors and picked up packages. She was there when we couldn’t be there. I would highly recommend Lisa.

Lisa is a professional well informed realtor that puts the needs and desires of her clients first. She is compassionate with a warm personality. Most importantly she listens to you and treats you with respect, never talking down to you or talking as if she knows what you want better than you. My husband and I were planning a big move which involved selling our family home in NH and purchasing a home in New Bern, NC. My sister lives in New Bern and met Lisa Busjahn at an open house and suggested I contact her. I immediately felt like we were in the right hands with Lisa. She was very sensitive to our situation of selling our family home and was eager to help us find a house that would soon become our next home. She made herself available at all times to help guide us through the process. Lisa was respectful of our budget and took time to know our likes and dislikes as well as our needs. We took a couple of trips to New Bern to look at houses with Lisa who didn't waste our time looking at places that didn't suit us. She treated us like her own family. We ultimately found our perfect home in New Bern and sold our home in NH on the same day. Thanks to Lisa, this new adventure in our lives was a lot less stressful than it could have been! She's professional, knows her job and is there for you!
