Mary Mullican

Mary Lynne Mullican represents the some of the most unique and spectacular real estate in Baltimore. A seasoned veteran and producer for more than a decade, both her clientele and her peers know her as an enthusiastic agent with a constant pulse on the market. Mary Lynne has worked in houses for over 30 years, beginning with a successful career in Georgetown, selling commercial and residential interior design to clients such as the White House, State Department, and several embassies. In the past 20 years, Mary Lynne and her husband and two children have enjoyed making Baltimore their home. Mary Lynne has become a specialist in older homes, particularly the homes built along the Charles Street corridor. She has sold over fifty homes in Homeland and many more in Guilford, Roland Park, Ruxton, Lutherville and the Orchards. She has experience in Baltimore’s city waterfront communities and has represented clients with farms in Baltimore County. Mary Lynne has been active in her children’s schools: the Cathedral School, the Gilman School and Roland Park Country School as a parent volunteer and actively serves on committees at her church and in her neighborhood of Homeland.
