Mary is the consummate real estate professional. Having worked with her on multiple real estate transactions - both from the buyer's side and the seller's side - I can say categorically that you want Mary working with you. She is a top-notch partner and advocate: smart, kind, ethical, organized, responsive, and just plain fun to work with. Even when negotiations get sticky, as they invariably do, Mary remains upbeat, looking for and finding creative solutions. And don't let her pleasant demeanor fool you. Mary is very tough when she needs to be: she does not shy away from confrontation when serving a client's interests requires it. Above all, Mary will do what is necessary to get the deal done. I have every confidence that I will work with Mary again down the line, and I look forward to it. I recommend Mary without reservation.

Mary Nack devoted an entire year to helping us find the perfect new condo and then sell our former condo. She was well-prepared concerning the market in our chosen neighborhood and took care to research comparable properties to help us know appropriate prices for both purchase and sale. She has deep expertise on the issues related to buying and selling real estate. After a few visits to condos for sale, she had a clear insight into what we were looking for and connected us to relevant properties. Mary was always cheerful and willing to take us to a showing on short notice. Overall, we fully trusted her advice about many matters related to buying and selling. We have already recommended her services to several friends.

We have worked with Mary on buying and selling multiple houses over the years and she has been amazing in all ways.
