Mary Schneiderman

With a BS in mathematics from University of Louisville with a concentration in probability, statistics and actuarial sciences, Mary has circled the real estate field since 2007. Initially, she worked for Commonwealth Hotels, Management group for Hyatt, Marriott, and Hilton hotel chains, opening new hotel properties in Denver. This is where Mary first learned that she loved construction, the numbers of it, training and working with construction teams to meet the opening day deadlines of three hotels and closing out the projects. A natural complement to construction, Mary completed the coursework and became a licensed Realtor in 2019.
Prior clients and friends have begun working with Mary as both their builder for new construction and remodels as well as their source for the purchase and sales of their existing homes. She focuses on fresh ideas and luxury coupled with affordability and strong structures that are lasting and beautiful.
