Mary Spence

Mary relocated from Pelham NY over 30 years ago and has never looked back! She resides in Middletown NJ where she has happily raised her twin boys there with her husband Rob. She loves the outdoors and is an avid hiker and equestrian. She enjoys the beach year-round and loves to walk her dogs there off-season.

As a licensed real estate agent, Mary specializes in first-time home buyers, relocation, or buyers/sellers who are ready to downsize. Fifteen years of previous experience as a customer service manager has prepared her well for all the current challenges of selling real estate right down to the smallest detail. From negotiating a sales price or preparing a market analysis, to speaking with attorneys, inspectors, and mortgage representatives, she can personally manage every part of the sales transaction with professionalism.
