Maryam David

Mary David was born and raised in Connecticut and maintains strong ties to New England. A graduate of Pepperdine University, Mary pursued studies in Foreign Languages and Business Administration. Several of the languages that she speaks are French, Italian, Spanish and Assyrian.

Mary's successful real estate career spans over two decades. She maintains a reputation for being hard working, persistent and knowledgeable with a focused attention to detail and keen negotiating skills. Mary is considered one of the leading leasing professionals in Malibu. In addition, she specializes in the sale of beachfront properties and has been designated a Luxury Property Specialist.

Mary's passions include water aerobics, dance, fashion and antiquing in quaint New England towns with her sisters. She is an avid reader, and enjoys writing and spending time in nature.
