You can’t go wrong with MaryAnne by your side as a partner in the buying / selling process. She will truly do what it takes to get your house sold (like working at 10 pm during a vacation which she did for my family when we had an offer on the table). Maryanne Matteo is an excellent real estate agent. Maryanne’s knowledge, efficiency, and personality is a huge asset and that is what got my house under contract with a buyer in less than two weeks! This particular buyer was from out of state which added another level of coordination that Maryanne took on and handled smoothly. I did not have to worry about a thing because Maryanne handled everything and communicated with me often so I was aware of everything going on in the process of getting to settlement. This home was my childhood home left for me by my deceased father and held so many good memories for me. Maryann was also sensitive to the fact that this was an emotional sale for me as well as a monetary transaction. If you want a realtor that works for you and truly has your best interest at the core of everything she does, then Maryanne is the realtor for you!
