MaryBeth Frye

A lifelong resident of Barrington, Rhode Island, MaryBeth attended the Barrington schools and Providence College. After 25 wonderful years of being a Special Education teacher in the Warwick Public Schools, she embarked on a new career in real estate, in 2001. The transition was very easy as her passion has always been to help others. MaryBeth's work ethic of offering her clients attentive, personalized service combined with her extensive knowledge of the real estate market and experience in both residential and commercial real estate have earned her multi-million-dollar status consistently, achieving over $165,000,000.00 in successfully closed sales. Licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, MaryBeth also holds an Accredited Buyer's Representative designation and has been consistently awarded the Greater Providence Board of Realtors Circle of Excellence Awards in Silver, Gold, and Platinum level sales and has been named a 5-Star Professional by Rhode Island Monthly.

She and her husband settled in Barrington 40 years ago to raise their family and still live in their "dream home" that they built 30 years ago, and thoroughly enjoy everything that Barrington and Rhode Island have to offer! They are active members of the Providence College Alumni Association, Friends of Friar Basketball, and St. Luke's Church and are supporters of United Way, Meeting Street School, and various nonprofits. Former members of the Barrington Yacht Club, St. Andrew's School Parent's Association, and the Nayatt PTO, MaryBeth hold memberships with the National Association of Realtors, Greater Providence Board of Realtors, and the Rhode Island Multiple Listing Service. When not working, she enjoys gardening, cooking, entertaining, travel, and sunsets at Barrington Beach!!
