I don’t think I have the words to express how well Maryrose and her team helped my family find our home. We we’re almost going to take a break in looking for a home but one of favs called our agents to see if we were still interested. From there it was a journey well worth it. We closed escrow in 21 days. This was a super fast process & was able to move in before Christmas 2021. If you are looking for a real estate agent in the Solano/Bay area contact Maryrose. Maryrose is an amazing agent! When we first started working with her we knew nothing about the process on home buying, she was able to walk us through everything and even became a therapist at one point to calm our nerves. She even made it possible for us to still tour and communicate with us while she was on vacation so we didnt miss anything. She was attentive, responsive, supportive in all our decisions and offered her unbiased opinion when we asked. She worked tirelessly to meet us at showings all while balancing her own family life, other clients and a regular full time job! WOW!

Less than 2 months of looking our offer was accepted! She made sure the entire escrow process went as smooth as possible despite some lender issues and we really felt like she voiced any concerns on our behalf to the selling agent & lender.
