Mate Granic is the Team Leader of The Erice Group-Residential Division. His leadership started developing while playing Rugby back in his home country Serbia where Mate was the captain and vice-captain of the national team (U-18, U-20, and senior team)

Mate served as an Agent Leadership Council for multiple years in Keller Williams. Mate also serves on the biggest board in the country, the Miami Board of Realtors as a YPN chair, and recently, he became State Director for Florida Realtors.
His desire to learn led him to earn a prestigious CRS designation back in December of 2018. Less than 3% of realtors earn their CRS which is considered the PhD of residential real estate. he believes there is always something we can improve and one of the first questions that he will ask you when you get to the closing table is what we can do better.

Since 2019, he has been in the top 1-2% of the top producers in Miami and that is all thanks to people like you who entrusted him with your real estate goals.
