Pete & I were talking about putting our house on the market so I answered an ad online. Matt Cullen called me in a short while and arranged a time for him to come to our house when both Pete & I were home. When he arrived, we talked about a price to ask for our home and arranged to have an open house in a couple of weeks. Matt answered all of our questions and guided us through the whole procedure. We never felt like we were alone. When the first offer withdrew, Matt went the extra mile and contacted other RE agents who came to our open house with clients who were interested in our property. We received another offer and from that point to the closing, Matt kept in contact with us and was available to us whenever we needed his expertise. If ever the opportunity is presented to us, we will happily recommend Matt to others.
