Matilda has been the most helpful and amazing real estate agent I’ve ever met! She truly cares about helping her clients and getting them in their dream home! She is always quick to respond, answers any questions and always ready to view any properties we liked. If it wasn’t for Matilda we would’ve given up on trying to buy a house months ago.

I found Matilda to be a very honest and extremely knowledgeable person, in general, and as a realtor, in particular. She helped me purchase my new house in Oakton and rent out my condo in Arlington. Both experiences were nothing but amazing! She exceeded my expectations on providing great advice and services that made both transactions successful.

She was always available (and still is) to answer all my questions and concerns, regardless of what time of the day (or night). When answering my questions and providing advice, she always had my interest in mind and never tried to pressure me on making a decision to rush finish a deal. She presented me with the facts and always left me in charge of making the final decision, comfortably.

One thing a noticed about her was that she always were looking to even further her knowledge and skills by attending different classes and seminars. That really gave me extra confidence that her recommendations were from her hard work on learning new skills and advancing her knowledge even further.

I would definitely recommend her, Matilda s a good person and a great realtor. Thank you Matilda!

Matilda Donovan sold my home and my mother's home at the same time. Both homes sold above asking price because we followed Matilda's advice for preparing the homes to be sold, but also because of Matilda's exceptional negotiation skills. I am very glad that she was representing us and not the buyers.
