Matt Bricketto

I've been lucky to live in the Delaware Valley for most of my life. I moved to Kennett Square when I was five and went to school in The Unionville-Chadds Ford School District until graduation. During those years, I enjoyed exploring the area, visiting places like Longwood Gardens, Wilmington, Philadelphia, West Chester, and The Main Line, which gave me a deep appreciation for the history and community here.

After graduating high school, I went to East Carolina University and earned a degree in Hospitality Management with a Minor in Business. When I returned to the Delaware Valley, I spent fifteen years working in the Hotel and Restaurant industry in various roles, including ownership and management. This experience equipped me with valuable skills that later helped me transition into Real Estate.

My interest in Real Estate comes from both family influence—my grandfather was a builder—and my involvement in construction work during my school days and home improvement projects. It became clear to me that a career in Real Estate aligned with my professional goals. Drawing on my more than fifteen years of Customer Service and Hospitality experience, I realized that becoming a REALTOR would blend my expertise with my career ambitions.

I'm proud to be a real estate professional in the place I've always called home. I don't just see my clients as transactions; I treat them like family, ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve. My goal is to consistently exceed expectations and make the process of buying or selling property seamless and satisfying.
