10/29/2015 - Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $75K in Redford, MI. Matt is the consumate professional. I was constantly amazed by his attention to detail. He is so well versed in all phases of real estate that he made the entire process so easy. My price range was 60,000 to 80,000 but you would have thought I was buying a million dollar mansion. 02/06/2014 - Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $75K in Oak Park, MI. Matt represented me in buying my home 4 years ago and my husband and I are using him again to purchase our next! Matt is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. In fact, over the past year we have been going back and forth on whether it was the right time to sell our house and purchase a new one. I have contacted Matt several times and he is always honest and leads us in the right direction, especially with the current competitive market! He has always been very patient with me and my (sometimes) impulsiveness, and has never pushed us to do something we may not be ready for. Matt is prompt in his response, and on time for meetings. 02/05/2014 - Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $150K in West Bloomfield, MI. We recently worked with Matt to sell our house and purchase a new one in a different area. From the beginning, Matt was attentive, helpful, and very knowledgeable in our search for a home. He was able to provide specifics to us about selling our home, the status of the real estate market, and what we could expect from our search. Looking back, I can see that the information he provided was dead-on in terms of accuracy. He REALLY knows his business! My husband and I were most impressed with Matt’s professionalism. When looking at a property, he always waited for our feedback, and was able to speak knowledgeably to answer our questions or talk about the area or the home. He was never pushy, never jumped to judgement, and always asked us for our specific feedback. Later in our search, he would use that feedback when we looked at additional properties. His ability to assess a home, the needs of the buyers looking at it, and it’s relation to other homes and the market is impeccable. Another testament to Matt’s skill and professionalism is found in his ability to help buyers and sellers navigate problems that arise in their search. We encountered numerous obstacles to buying a home, from offers on houses we lost to inspection issues in our new home. Every new issue that arose was handled with deft skill and made us feel like all of the issues we encountered could be navigated. When we were losing our heads, Matt was cool and collected and able to help us see all of our options. We always felt valued in our search, we felt as if our search was important to Matt too. While the qualities I have described in the prior paragraphs can be learned skills, Matt really possessed an additional “something” that made him a good fit for our family. He was accessible to us when we needed him, put us at ease in talking to him honestly and openly about our search and our home’s sale, and always had a sense of humor and enthusiasm that helped us out when the market got rough or problems arose. Over the course of the four months we worked with him, we really regarded him as a friend and partner in our home search, and this was invaluable to us. We have already recommended Matt to friends and to our family, and will continue to do so. You will have a hard time finding a better realtor.

02/05/2014 - Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Wixom, MI. When we first considered selling our home, we didn't know where to start. We spoke with several different agents and decided to go with Matt as he was the perfect balance between professional and personable. When we first met with Matt, he came fully prepared with detailed comps, historical data on our home and a fully laid out plan on how we should move forward. Matt fully delivered on that plan and we ended up with six offers in two days! He was always quick in responding to any email or request we had. Having lost out on offers in the past, we know minutes matter in the real-estate business and Matt didn't once make us feel like we were losing time. We nearly overpaid for our new house but being the knowledgeable agent he is, he was able to help us understand what we could offer and still seal the deal. 02/05/2014 - Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in South Lyon, MI. Matt Foster helped my wife and I find the home of our dreams that we loave and are still in to this day. He also helped us sell our condo in a WEEK. When we were looking for our house we went through many and looked at many on the listings he provided us. At any time he was ready and willing to meet us to look at homes. Weeknights, weekends it didn't matter. Communication was no problem with Matt. 02/05/2014 - Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Lake Orion, MI. Matt was fantastic to work with! From the start of our process when he met us at our house, he took pictures, gave us comparable rentals/sales in the area and made us feel comfortable. With Matt listing our house, we had multiple offers within 48 hours. My wife and I were unsure what the differences were between each rental offer, but Matt walked us through each one and made sure we understood what they included. Some offered 2 year lease at a lower price while others offered 1 year at a higher price. It was great to know that we could trust and rely on Matt's experience.
