Jack guided us through every step of the purchasing process. As out-of-state buyers, we needed extra support, and Jack truly delivered. After an initial phone meeting where he took the time to understand our needs, he sent us a wide range of property options tailored to our preferences. It was clear he had carefully listened to what we were looking for in a condo.

When we visited in early January, Jack dedicated an entire day to driving us around different areas to help us get a feel for what might be the best fit. He then spent several more days showing us various properties. Thanks to his diligence and insight, we found the perfect place.

Jack was instrumental throughout the entire process. He remained attentive and supportive all the way up to closing—and even after. He went above and beyond, removing unwanted furnishings from the condo and arranging for a friend to install a new ceiling fan for us.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you're looking for a realtor who truly cares and will go the extra mile, I highly recommend Jack.

Ben was always available to talk, schedule a walk through of a promising home, use his professional experience to provide advice on what to take note of, as well as help on submitting a competitive yet reasonable offer. Ben and his fellow realtors at Coastal Tides worked as a team to provide information my wife and I requested to find the right house, at a fair price, in the the location best for our needs. Ben understood very quickly from speaking to us and from the types of homes we originally asked to look at exactly what our likes and dislikes were. He helped us realize what were the necessities and what were "would be nice" requirements in our searches. Even after the contract was done< ben made sure that he was there for us to help ease our transition into the home. It may sound like a cliche but Ben makes sure you're not just a customer but your a neighbor.

We contacted Matt about looking at properties in Cypress River Plantation. My brother used Matt to purchase a lot in there about 2 years ago and was recommended we use him. Our experience with Matt was excellent. His knowledge of Cypress River Plantation is second to no one - he practically knows the history and owner of every lot in there. And with 500 lots, that’s pretty impressive. The lot of land we purchased was not listed by Matt, but he still gave that lot the same attention and information as the lots in there that were listed by him. Matt was helpful in us getting to a quick agreement on purchase price and we had a deal in a few days. We are going through the closing process now and it has been simple and enjoyable. We are extremely happy with the lot we purchased and Matt making it happen for us.
For anyone looking to purchase in Cypress River Plantation, I highly recommend using Matt Harper. He knows that complex better than anyone else. He was a pleasure to work with.

My husband and I were thinking (THINKING) about a house/lot in Myrtle Beach but we were not quit ready. I reached out to Josh, oh I'd say about 1 1/2 years ago and told him that I was thinking about houses/lot and if he could help me. Let me say, Josh never became pushy, reached out via email with links to houses/lots and about 1 year later I told him that I wanted to look at some places and he had 1 weekend to show me (I guess I was being a bit of a brat). Josh not only showed me land and houses but went out of his way to accommodate everything for me. After I saw and liked, I proposed suggestions to my husband and we took another 4 months to go down there and look at land. We purchased the land and couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Josh and his team to any of my friends!
