Matt Hover

I have been a licensed Realtor at Nebraska Realty since 2005, helping my clients buy, sell and build homes. I have been involved in hundreds of transactions in that time frame throughout the Omaha metro, and I am a multi-million dollar producer. With a refreshingly honest, straightforward, and fair approach, I feel that service to my clients is paramount. I am knowledgeable about the business side of the transaction as well as understanding toward the emotional ties that can be attached to a home. I started Hover Homes Group in 2021, further benefitting my clients with additional resources and coverage with any and all real estate needs.

On the personal side, I was born and raised in Omaha, and currently live just outside of town. I love helping my clients and the agents at Nebraska Realty with their real estate needs in the city I enjoy calling home, while also working in the Lincoln and surrounding markets. In my spare time, I enjoy sporting events; hunting and fishing; gardening; cooking; concerts and performing arts; and spending time with my wife and children, my family, friends and my two dogs.
