Matt McPherson

Currently he has a bachelor of science in anthropology from UC Riverside. His family has resided in the San Jacinto valley since the 1860's where they owned and operated many successful businesses throughout the community. This connection to the valley along with my degree has allowed him to put together dozens of large deals all over Southern California. In 2008 he set the record for the largest deal ever in the valley, negotiating the sale of 70 acres for over $17 million (Currently WINCO and Sizzler). His abilities and connections allow him to remain a top realtor in the San Jacinto/Hemet valley.
