Born in Pennsylvania and raised in Charlottesville VA, Matt graduated college at Penn State before relocating to Florida in 2000. Prior to real estate, Matt spent over 25 years in the banking industry and brings that knowledge to his clients when they are making some of the biggest investments in their lives. A proud husband and father of three beautiful girls, Matt has been living in Central Florida for over two decades now.

Throughout the years, Matt has lived in several cities in Central Florida, and as a result, has extensive knowledge of the area. He understands what makes each community unique and can provide you with valuable insights when buying or selling a home. In 2019, Matt and his family made the move to New Smyrna Beach and has been loving the local’s life ever since. The beach lifestyle and small-town charm of this community make it an excellent place to call home. When not busy you will find Matt enjoying the boating life up and down the intra-coastal waterway with his children and grandchildren, catching some live music or even making some guest appearances with a few local artists as a drummer.
