My wife and I were looking for our first house when we met Matt, and from the first house he showed us we knew he was going to be our realtor. Matt went above and beyond what any normal realtor is obligated to do. He helped us with everything from getting financing through the bank, making sure the houses we put offers in on were sound investments, and even offered to help us move when closing finally came around. Matt will be our realtor for life, and if you choose Matt to be yours, you will see in no time how he is a step above the rest.

If you are looking to buy or sell a home I strongly encourage you to at least have a conversation with Matt! He answered all of our questions, kept us in the loop the entire process, and was extremely personable! He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and make it a lot less stressful especially with today’s crazy market. He went above and beyond our expectations and was able to get us want we exactly wanted for our home, and then some! We couldn’t have been happier or speak highly enough about working with Matt and his team!

First off, Matt Misner is an expert communicator! He knew exactly what we were looking for and squeezed in showings at a minutes notice. Since it was my first time buying a home, he not only walked me through the process but went into detail so i could learn and retain some invaluable information. It became very apparent that Matt wasn’t trying to to sell another house, he was trying to make sure WE found a home and we most certainly did. Matt is an amazing realtor with a heart of gold.
