Matt grew up in southeastern Virginia and graduated from UNC- Wilmington in 2007. His passion for real estate began early, working alongside a top-producing Wrightsville Beach agent while still in college. After gaining experience with a real estate investor in Southern California and spending several years in Central Florida and Charlotte, Matt and his growing family ultimately returned to Wilmington, the place that always felt like home.
