Matt Moore has called Cornelius, North Carolina home since 1986. Nearly four decades later, Matt has become an expert in the Charlotte region, and more specifically Lake Norman. Being a longtime local resident has allowed him to venture throughout the Carolinas and personally learn everything there is to know about life here.

With professional experience and a background in the home construction and renovation industry, Matt
has developed a keen eye for detail in both materials and workmanship, a quality that helps his clients make more informed decisions and allow them to find their forever home or win a smart investment.

Inside and outside of work, family is paramount to Matt. Matt was married in 2009 and has been blessed
with two lovely children. He enjoys being with family out on the lake, adventuring to the beach, mountains, or just exploring around town.
