Matt Ogle

Matt is an Executive Vice President with JLL’s retail brokerage practice in New York. He has a successful track record in landlord and tenant representation in major urban retail markets throughout the U.S. with a special concentration in Manhattan. Matt is helping lead the retail brokerage efforts in New York to identify opportunities and create strategic, innovative solutions for clients to help achieve their goals. Throughout his 10-year career in commercial real estate, Matt has developed outstanding retailer and landlord relationships and a deep understanding of best practices for leasing, expansion, development and construction which provide an added value for clients, ensuring successful results. Mr. Ogle’s portfolio of landlord representation includes Equity Office, The Blackstone Group, The Durst Organization, Brookfield, Edward J. Minkskoff Equities, Callahan Capital Properties, Ivanhoe Cambridge, Infinity Real Estate, The InterContinental Hotel Group, Shorenstein Properties and Grid Properties.
