Matt Patterson

Matt Patterson is a 2003 graduate of University of Texas at Austin, where he received a bachelor’s degree in finance. Prior to joining Patterson & Associates in July of 2005, Matt was an associate with The Weitzman Group in Dallas where he focused primarily on retail land sales and project leasing. Matt’s professional memberships include the North Texas Land Council, Society of Commercial Realtors and Young Leaders Council. Matt is also a member of the Panther Club (benefiting Boys and Girls Clubs of Fort Worth), Texas Exes, Cliburn 180, and the Texas Cowboys and Sigma Alpha Epsilon Alumni Association.
