A Chicago native and graduate of Northeastern University, he received a BA in Education and History. Prior to entering the real estate world Matt was a high school teacher on Chicago’s Southside where he taught in some of Chicago’s most challenging neighborhoods mentoring low-income students. In addition to his teaching career Matt has owned several businesses and has coached baseball collegiately at the University of Illinois (Chicago). Many of his former players have gone on to play professional baseball.
Matt has an entrepreneurial spirit and deep inherent sense of service attracted him to real estate.
