Matt Ward

Matt Ward prides himself on responsiveness and an overall efficiency in his job that gives him an advantage over his peers in the business. Nothing illustrates this quickness to get the job done more than his 120+ closed deals since he began in June of 2017. He also in that time maintains a 5-star rating on Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com and Google. He does this by continuing to provide support and service to his climates long after the commission check hits the bank account. Before real estate, Ward worked in the Entertainment industry. He has performed stand-up comedy and produced stand-up comedy lives events since 2007. His sales experience comes from 6 years with Verizon Wireless. Before that he managed and helped promote bands throughout Central Ohio. These days Ward still performs stand-up on occasion but has retired from touring. He has a son named Sam born in 2011 and a wife named Jennifer who he married in 2009 when they lived together in Carolina Beach, North Carolina.
