About Matt

Matt has been a real estate professional for over 15 years. He started his career in commercial real estate appraising before co-founding the Boston-based real estate brokerage Boston Condo Group, LLC in 2006. Matt was the company’s Lead Broker-Owner and Director of Marketing from 2006 to 2017. Over this time, he helped buyers, sellers, and investors purchase and sell real estate in the City of Boston and throughout all eastern Massachusetts, including the Cape and the Islands. Matt has earned the real estate designations of Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), and is also licensed to help buyers and sellers in New Hampshire.

A long-time resident of Duxbury, MA, Matt lived in Boston for about 12 years before moving back to Duxbury with his family in 2015. Matt was with Waterfront Realty Group for the past several years until recently opening the new LAER LUX (a division of Laer Realty Partners) office on the South Shore. Matt continues to represent buyers and sellers in and around the Boston area, as well as the North Shore and South Shore towns of Massachusetts.
Prior to beginning a career in real estate, Matt received a degree in economics from Bates College in Lewiston Maine where he was also Captain of the Bates Men’s Lacrosse team. More recently, Matt received his MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
