Matt Worthley

Matt Worthley is a Development Associate with Thomas English Retail Real Estate focusing on the acquisition, development and leasing of prime retail space that fits Thomas English's development standards. Matt brings over seven years of experience in property acquisition, disposition, leasing, and construction management.

Previously, Matt was the Redevelopment Coordinator for the City of Carmel's Redevelopment Commission. There he represented the Carmel Redevelopment Commission in all of their public-private partnerships, including, the development of the Center for the Performing Arts center and mixed-use developments consisting of public parking, apartments, retail, luxury condominiums, energy centers, public plazas and streetscapes.

Matt graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Business Management in 2006. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute. Matt enjoys traveling and attempting to break 100 on the golf course.
