First off I loved working with Matt he did not pressure me whatsoever at any point of my indecision. He was quick and informative about when I should list and how we would do that with a visual video walk through.very motivated and quick to respond to my text phone or email. Continued is the story if you're interested.......

heres the circumstances I was very very undecided about what to do with my property because of my own lack of experience and my financial load to either rent or sell. Matt and i talked and I decided to rent then sell then rent then sell then rent. I never rented it.Well over a year went by and I had some minor things I felt needed to be done, like painting, cabinets repairs holes in walls new countertops ,outlets etc. In order to sell.I just couldn't get it all done I drive a semi for a liveing and I was dealing with some personal issues and my financial burdens were getting heavier.

I called him up again and said this time I am ready to sell sell sell.So right around listing time out of the blue i call a refinance institution and they say I'm pre approved with my crummy credit score I talk to 3 of my closest friends then I call Matt back and say I decided to refinance he wasn't upset and emphasized he wants what's best for me and that he is my friend.I truly believe that.

5/3/19 I'm not sure if my refinance is going to go through afterall im running into hiccups I may be forced to sell I will call Matt immediately if it isn't approved in manual underwriting.
