Matt Wroughton

Born and raised in Kirkwood, Missouri, Matt Wroughton has a lifetime of interest and love for all things St. Louis. He left the area for a short time to walk on as a D1 football player out of state where he realized that was not the career for him. Matt returned to St. Louis and obtained his degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Currently a home owner in the City of St. Louis, he has observed the growth and changes of the surrounding areas. Building on his knowledge of the area and love for house hunting, Matt has developed a desire to assist others who are ready to make their first house purchase, or just ready for a change. With areas of specialty across both the County and the City of St. Louis, he is a knowledgeable advisor for many locations. Matt has a team of highly trained professionals, such as, Photographers, Stagers, Videographers, and Graphic Designers to assist with marketing properties. He also has a personal website to advertise all his listings, along with numerous social media platforms available for use. Matt is very active in the community as he is a member of various sports teams, he knows where the popular attractions are, and has a great understanding of the major events about town. Matt’s sole focus is being the best client advocate that he can, serving the client’s needs.
