Matteo Provasnik

A Philadelphia native turned Manhattan resident, Matteo has called the NYC region home for almost 15 years from Brooklyn to Hoboken. He brings the passion and tenacity gained from his time in the tech startup world to his real estate business having closed deals from Flatiron to Hudson Heights, and Downtown Brooklyn to Jersey City. Matteo speaks Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese, and is well-versed in Coop, Condo, and New Development Sales. Clients include first time & pied-a-terre buyers, "right-sizing" sellers, international investors, and student & corporate renters relocating to NYC. He leverages his experience and insight into current market trends to get top dollar for his sellers and find the perfect New York City apartment for his buyers.

Matteo earned his Masters Degree at NYU and is proud to be an active alumni member. He's an avid traveler, having visited more than 35 countries with family ties to Italy and Croatia: his favorite destinations. Matteo couldn't dream of any life lived outside of a concrete jungle but was nevertheless bitten by the trail-running bug years ago. Managing his symptoms the best he can, Patagonia, Tibet, Table Mountain & Lake Tepako round out the top trails he's explored to date with plenty more in the works.
