Matt has two decades of experience helping buyers and sellers in all aspects of real estate. Prior to becoming a licensed agent, he worked as a title examiner and gained a strong understanding of the documents and processes behind each transaction. Matt also holds an unrestricted Construction Supervisors License and has worked on many types of building and development projects. He understands the structural and mechanical side of real estate very well. Matt is a husband and father of three, which gives him the perspective to appreciate what many business people are going through as they try to balance work and life.
