Matthew Czepiel

After growing up in Western Massachusetts, Matt attended Bentley University in Waltham and fell in love with the Boston area. He graduated with a degree in finance and while there, developed a passion for real estate. After leaving Bentley he bought his first multi-family investment property at the age of 22 and has since added a few additional properties to his portfolio. He lived in Boston proper for 8 years and has spent the last two residing just outside the city in Medford. Matt has a wide range of knowledge and relies on his experience servicing both the city and suburbs, with previous transactions ranging from luxury condominiums at the Ritz to starter homes in the suburbs. Matt was a licensed loan originator for many years although he has given up the loan origination side of real estate to focus strictly on residential sales. Matt’s exposure to all aspects of real estate helps him give clients the best possible advice not only when buying and selling, but also when evaluating investment and rental opportunities. Matt was a member of Lamacchia Realty’s Presidents Club in 2019 and 2020 and aims to continue that trend in the years to come.
