We loved working with Matt! We were moving here from out of State and had a limited timeline. We sent him ideas - he found multiple places for us to view. We were in town only two days. At the last minute we suggested a location we are online. Even though it was the end of the day and would take at least another hour of his time, Matt worked with the other realtor - coordinated a visit and the rest is history! His willingness to help and knowledge of Maryland was incredibly valuable to us. He connected us with an interior designer (Homescapes By Judi) and several other professionals needed to prepare the home for our move. Amazing service that went way beyond! Thank you Matt!

We met Matt almost 5 years ago when we were purchasing our first home. We knew we liked him the minute we met him. He wasn't pushy and respected what we said we wanted in a home and how much we were willing to spend. He was such a pleasure to work with that when we were relocating and needed to sell our home this Dec, we didn't think twice about calling him to help us again. We relocated to SC prior to even listing our house and Matt was SUPER helpful in making sure everything was taken care of. He found us great contractors to take care of some home repairs/refreshes that needed to be done before listing the property and checked to make sure the work was done to his standards since we were out of state. He communicated with us constantly and made selling our home from 500 miles away as stress free as possible. You're not going to find a more down-to-earth guy who genuinely wants what's best for his customers.
